Meet the Doctor
Dr. Schneider is a native of Long Island, N.Y. He has been helping people improve their health for over 35 years. He opened the very first Chiropractic office to serve the Greater Cleveland community in 1998 and was one of the original founders of the Greater Cleveland Chamber of Commerce. His Thanksgiving food drive for the NC Food Bank and Christmas toy drive to benefit local school children are long standing annual events. Dr. B's wonderful wife Carol is a familiar face in the office and his daughter, Alexandra, loves to read, do art projects & participates in a number of volunteer community efforts. Some of her artwork is often displayed in the reception area. Dr. Bruce has always been mechanically inclined, which is a good trait for a Chiropractor to have! He always enjoyed fixing things. He is currently serving as the NC state representative for the International Chiropractic Association as well as being a member of the ICA Council on Pediatrics, Council on Applied Chiropractic Sciences and the NC Chiropractic Association.
Dr. B's Story: As a teenager, I injured my back fiberglassing my cousin's boat. He brought me to his Chiropractor rather than bring me home "broken"! That was my first experience with Chiropractic.  Years later, it was my Aunt Dorothy's Chiropractor, Dr. Joseph Cantalupo, who took care of me during my high school and college years. As I approached college graduation with a degree in Psychology, he sat me down and told me in no uncertain terms that I needed to go to the same school his daughter was going to attend.....the New York Chiropractic College.  At first, the thought of continuing schooling after just finishing a 4 year degree was the last thing I wanted to do. But, after a year or so working in the world of business...I realized it had more appeal than I originally thought. I wanted to do more with my life and so I began my schooling. At the time i attended NYCC...a fine school that offered a strong foundation for its students. After graduation, I first practiced in Connecticut for 15 years. I was one of the founding members of a new state organization... the Connecticut Chiropractic Council, which is still thriving today. After 11 snow storms one year, I decided...enough was enough. I decided to relocate to the great state of NC and have been practicing here since.
